AI training

AI training by roles and individual goals

AI tools are no longer a nice-to-have for business analysts, project managers, and product owners, they've become a foundation of how the work gets done. Anyone not building AI into their daily tasks today is falling further behind those who are, regardless of role.

Our AI training doesn't teach general AI knowledge, it shows, role by role, how to actually build artificial intelligence into business analyst, project manager, or product owner work, through day-to-day tasks and real situations. If you want your team to do more than just hear about AI, to use it confidently and effectively, choose our role-based AI trainings.

Our AI training catalogue is constantly growing!

Frequently asked questions:

We recommend our role-based training courses for business analysts (BA), project managers (PM), product owners, and managers. Our courses on using AI tools are role-agnostic.

No, the courses take a business and user-oriented approach; they don't approach AI use from a developer's or system administrator's perspective.

"AI Strategy in Practice" gives broader, executive-level insight into embedding AI across an organisation, whereas the role-based courses focus on the day-to-day tasks of a specific job function.

This varies by course. In some, we teach the use of a specific tool, such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude; in others, we demonstrate AI application through a role's typical tasks, independent of tool (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot can all be used). A Claude-specific course is currently in development.

Both formats are available - either individually, by signing up for open, scheduled sessions, or as an in-house course tailored to a team, based on a bespoke offer.

Yes, the individual role-based courses count towards the relevant certification (e.g. PBA, PMP, etc.), providing PDUs equal to the number of course hours.
