Prerequisites and framework
There are no prerequisites. We created our 2-day (16 hours) programme with practice in focus. The programme contains 30% theory and 70% practical exercises. We work with groups where the number of participants range from 4-10.
Participants get to go through the processes involved in a traditional project management approach and also try out a few proven tools in practice.
The programme can be held with a project processed in the training chosen by the client.
