Virtual, live online training
How should I manage my project? How should I create a schedule? How should I plan the budget? What should be developed during the project? Who should I cooperate with and how? How should I deal with risk? What should I do in case something changes?
These are only a few questions that could be challenging for a fresh project manager. During our 2-day programme the participants get hands-on experience while they process a real-life project from planning to closing with traditional project management.
We recommend this programme to project managers, who have yet to gain years of experience and would like to get support in applying traditional project management techniques in practice.
Participation fee: 2000 EUR + VAT/group (4-10 participants)
There are no prerequisites. We created our 2-day (16 hours) programme with practice in focus. The programme contains 30% theory and 70% practical exercises. We work with groups where the number of participants range from 4-10.
Participants get to go through the processes involved in a traditional project management approach and also try out a few proven tools in practice.
The programme can be held with a project processed in the training chosen by the client.
