Based on the remarkably good client feedback, we started to run our project simulation as an open program for product owners and project managers. Our goal is to provide our clients with a customized toolbox developed through personal experience which helps them to find their own answers to this question.

Requirements and framework

Although during the program we go through the basics of agile, it is certainly an advantage if you are already familiar with the approach and its main concepts.

We designed our 2-day program to be efficient and easily applicable. During the course we simulate the whole lifespan of the project from vision to delivery. It is an intensive learning experience consisting of 80% practice and 20% theory for 4-8 participants.

During the program we give special attention to the steps and techniques prior to sprints and iterations, since a lot of agile projects fail because of inappropriate preparation.

The program can be held externally (onsite or in virtual form), where – in this case – the simulated project can be chosen by the client.

The programme is a 2 day workshop (16 hours) building on theory (20%) and practice (80%), where participants work on a real-life case. 

We offer a 10% discount in case 2 or more participants enrol together. If more than 4 participants would like to attend together, please, contact us for a customized  offer. In this case we also tailor the schedule and the agenda to your needs.

The size of the group is maximized in 4-8 people for effectiveness. Remote online trainings require stable internet connection and a web camera. Handouts and further materials will be sent in an electronic format via e-mail.
