Learn the Six Sigma method with our Black Belt expert!

The Six Sigma methodology is a process improvement and problem-solving focused approach to minimise the number of errors in key business processes. The approach incorporates a number of field-tested tools that have been tried and tested over decades, and its system grades experts from yellow belt to black belt.

We offer our Six Sigma Green Belt training to professionals who want to achieve Green Belt certification or improve their project management toolkit with elements of the Six Sigma methodology. During our 6-day (48-hour) training programme, we will provide you with the complete knowledge required for the Green Belt exam, and we will also help you to apply it by working on and supporting projects brought in by the participants.
