The aim of the programme is to provide participants with the appropriate knowledge and skills, in particular on ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 27001 information security, ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 45001 work safety and acquire the skills and competences expected in quality management leadership roles. The goal is also to enable participants to develop their daily quality management leadership practice by focusing on both certification requirements and the efficient and effective running of day-to-day operations.
During the programme the participants can follow the requirements, planned and recommended tasks for future system development on their own existing regulatory documents, and prepare their own development plans in small group exercises, learning from the experiences of other organisations.
The documents of the training programme, topics, lectures, descriptions of exercises, annexes, will be delivered in an electronic, editable format.
