Traditional project management in practice with simulation group training

Learn the practical basics of traditional project management!

HOW TO BE A GOOD PROJECT MANAGER?

What process should I follow to manage my project? How do I set up the schedule and budget? What tasks should be implemented in the project? Who should I work with and what is the strategy? How do I manage risks? What should I do in case of change?

These are just a few of the questions that can challenge a newly appointed project manager. During our 2-day programme, participants will work on a specific project case, through which they will experience the practical application of traditional methodologies.

The programme is designed for project managers who do not yet have several years of experience as project managers and who would like support in the practical application of traditional approaches.

Who do we recommend it for?

The programme is recommended for less experienced project managers, project coordinators, project teams, and does not require any prior knowledge. Our 2-day programme is designed with a focus on practice, simulating the tasks from the formulation of a project idea to its closure. The programme is very intensive, with about 30% theory and 70% practical elements, so the number of groups is set at 4-10.

During the programme, we will review the processes of traditional approaches in practice and participants will also try out concrete, proven tools in practice.

If required, we will work on a sample project proposed by the client.

"It's interesting, it makes you think, it makes you deepen your thoughts on the subject. Interesting and digestible for people less familiar with the subject. The structure, the theory/practice ratio and their variation was great, I especially liked the examples that were understandable for everyone."
