ISO management systems are certified by independent audits (quality, environmental, information security, work safety, etc.) and international certificates to show that the organisation operates with standardised, regulated, organised processes that meet requirements. A well-designed and managed system means not only documentation, but also an efficient and effective organisation that operates in accordance with the documented processes. In order to obtain and maintain certification, and to ensure that the system is constantly evolving, regular internal audits are required in accordance with the ISO 19011 Management Systems Audit Guidelines.

The aim of the programme is to enable participants to certification scheme requirements and the changing options adopted in the practice of certification bodies focus on improving their internal and external auditing practices, in particular for ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 45001 work safety.
