About the Brief coaching training
Solution-focused brief coaching is a short, goal-oriented conversation or series of conversations in which change is triggered by consciously working on the future and strengths. Its application in leadership and organisational development also provides an opportunity to encouraging proactivity, self-organisation and responsibility trigger lasting change - individuals, teams or even whole organisations.
Our training is designed agile professionals, project managers, organisational psychologists, consultants, HR professionals, graduate coaches and managers who wish to adopt a supportive approach and make a lasting difference by developing a culture of communication.
The programme has a modular structure: the first 8-day module offers knowledge that can be applied on its own, while the total, 13-day theme, advanced learners can gain deep, practical experience further individual and organisational challenges - and practise the method according to international standards, along ICF competences.
The programme is a joint training with Solutionfocus Coaching.

Réka Pétercsák
Réka has supported dozens of Agile teams and organizations in the past years in the role of Agile Coach and Coach. Her main focus is on team collaboration, team and individual coaching, as well as developing Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Enikő Tegyi
Enikő has been training coaches for 13 years, she is the developer and leader of the Brief coaching in organisation and leadership programme, and a highly experienced expert in the solution-focused brief methodology. As a business and executive coach she has been supporting leaders for 15 years, as a team coach she specialises in building self-organising, resilient teams. As a mentor coach and supervisor, she prepares coaches for international accreditation.
Conditions and frameworks
The programme, developed by Enikő Tegyi (MCC, mentor coach, international PCC assessor), is open to agile professionals, project managers, organisational psychologists, consultants, HR professionals, graduate coaches and managers who wish to apply the tools of brief coaching professionally at individual, group and organisational level.
Prerequisite: higher education
The training has a strong practical focus, in which participants can learn, deepen and practice the application of solution-focused brief coaching in individual sessions, in groups and teams, in culture-building organisational programmes. The aim is to prepare organisational professionals skilled in brief coaching who
- with a clear methodology, confident in leading brief coaching sessions, able to link into international coach accreditation schemes
- apply the approach and tools of brief coaching in a versatile and creative way, both in groups and teams
- creatively use the potential of brief coaching to develop their organisation and organisational culture.
The programme has a modular structure, and you can apply for each module separately. Module 1 gives you a usable, good brief coaching foundation, while the full 13-day programme also prepares you for specific situations, using the latest brief coaching tools. Participants will receive a Brief Coaching in Organisation and Leadership programme certificate on the modules completed and competences acquired, and on request we can also support them in obtaining ICF-ACC accreditation.

Conditions for requesting tenders, application
The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.
In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
