What should I do as a Scrum Master?
The goal of the training is to give an overview about the Scrum Master role and the tools used by them. Attendees of the program will have the chance to try these through practical tasks and real-life situations.
The Scrum Master role is quite complex. Its goal is to help a team create value, support them in defining and following rules and develop their collaborative capacity. Scrum Masters need a broad toolset, in-depth knowledge of Agile values and techniques, the right mindset and the ability to adapt their behaviour, because each team and environment is different.
We recommend our program to those who want to lead their teams effectively in an agile environment, who see themselves as servant leaders rather than managers, and to those who believe in teams, creativity, collaboration and cooperation.

Prerequisites and framework
There are no required prerequisites, however, it is useful if the participants already have some knowledge of the agile values, mindset or have experience with agile techniques.
On demand we support teams to successfully prepare for the Professional Scrum Master I. (PSM I.) exam provided by scrum.org.
We organised our 2-day (16 hours) programme to focus on the essentials and practice. The training focuses on building a team to develop a project based on a new idea from scratch, including creating common values and rules, supporting them in various team phases and examining the most common situations they can get into through their journey.
The programme consists of 30% theory and 70% practice. The number of participants can range from 4-10 so that everyone can experience being a Scrum Master in practice situations.
The programme contains role playing where the results and outcome depend on the team. The programme can be arranged externally as well, where we can adjust the practices to the clients' needs.
