The use of agile methodologies is now inevitable in more and more projects. There are several theoretical methods for applying them, but in most cases teams in a market environment ask the question: okay, but how can this be done in practice?
Thanks to its huge success, we have launched our proprietary project simulation in an open source format to give more product owners and project managers a detailed, experience-based process and toolkit to answer this question.

Réka Pétercsák
Réka supports our clients with agile and traditional team development, related individual competency development, Scrum Master tasks, individual and group coaching, and organizational development. Áron graduated with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, then worked as an organizational developer, and is currently a Scrum Master and an Agile training facilitator. Prerequisites and Frameworks
Although we will cover the basics of agile during the programme, it is still an advantage if participants have already encountered the basic concepts and mindset of agile and are familiar with its elements.
If required, we will help you to obtain the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner I. (PSPO I.) certification within a 4-hour session after the training. The 4-hour additional module includes an 80-question exam simulation and its joint evaluation.
Our 2-day programme is designed to be straightforward, focused on the essentials and practice, simulating the tasks from the creation of a project idea, a "project dream", to its delivery.. The programme is very intensive, with about 20% theory and 80% practical elements, so the size of the groups is set at 4-10 people.
During the programme, we will pay great attention to the steps and techniques that precede sprints and iterations, as in many cases agile projects fail due to inadequate preparation. The programme can also be implemented in an outsourced form, in which case we simulate a sample project proposed by the client.

In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
