Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, the SAFe® Scrum Master course examines the Scrum Master role in the context of the entire organisation. The training prepares participants to effectively plan and facilitate Planning Intervals (PIs) and to work successfully in scaled environments with multiple teams—one of the key requirements for applying SAFe® at enterprise level.
SAFe® is widely used by large organisations across industries such as finance, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. As a result, the knowledge gained during the training can be immediately applied in real-world enterprise settings.
Important: Official SAFe® trainings may only be delivered by Certified SAFe® Program Consultants (SPCs). The experts at ProMan Consulting Kft. hold this qualification, ensuring an authorised and high-quality training experience.

Prerequisites, information
The SAFe® Scrum Master training focuses on building high-performing teams by developing servant leadership and coaching competencies, with a strong emphasis on a continuous delivery mindset and practice. The certification prepares Scrum Masters (SSMs) to fulfil their role effectively in organisations using the SAFe® framework and to support both teams and the wider organisation during SAFe® adoption.
The training fee includes one exam attempt for the Certified SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) certification. The exam is an online, 90-minute, multiple-choice test in English, with a minimum passing score of 73%.
This training is ideal for Lean-Agile team members who want to gain hands-on insight into how the SAFe® Agile Release Train (ART) operates. Participants learn how to break down features, write effective user stories, develop team- and train-level processes, and plan and execute iterations successfully.

Our SAFe® Scrum Master programme consists of 2 days of training, after which you can obtain the internationally recognised, official Certified SAFe® Scrum Master qualification.

For online courses, an internet connection is required, a microphone and webcam are recommended, and handouts and supporting materials will be provided in digital format.
