Réka Pétercsák
Réka gained her most important project experience abroad in the field of digitalisation and smart city development, after which she joined the ProMan Consulting team. In recent years, she has led the development of several agile and traditional project teams, and supported agile transformations and organisational development projects as a coach and trainer. As a certified coach he has a broad knowledge and experience in individual and team development.
Áron Ulicska
Áron graduated with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, then worked as an organizational developer, and is currently a Scrum Master and an Agile training facilitator. He regularly supports agile (pilot) teams, introducing agile working methods, self-organization, agile mindset and collaboration.
Prerequisites, framework
Although no prior knowledge is required to participate in the program, it is an advantage if applicants have some experience in team leadership or support, whether in a traditional or agile environment.
In our 2-day (16-hour) program, we avoid purely academic lectures and instead focus on real-life situations and participants’ own experiences.
