Processes exist in every organisation, yet only a very small group of people - regardless of industry or sector - are consciously engaged in identifying and consciously managing their processes.

Efficient processes define not only a well-functioning operation, but also an organisation that executes strategy to a high standard and is flexible to strategic changes. Our Business Process Management training provides participants with the tools they need to immediately start increasing the maturity of organisational process management. Following our training, several organisations have embarked on comprehensive process improvement, organisational transformation and mindset change.

The participants' methodological knowledge, approach and related competences in process management will be strengthened as follows:

1. Perspective, common language: Process-based thinking, a common understanding and terminology is built in to the assessment, development and operation of processes.
2. Methodology, tools: Participants will try out methodologies and tools with live exercises to model and assess processes with high and consistent quality and to find improvement points. They will be able to identify business critical processes and prioritize process improvements.
3. Facilitating workshops: After the training, participants will be able to plan, prepare and successfully facilitate effective process exploration and/or process optimisation workshops.
4. Starting and supporting developments: Once priorities have been set, participants will be able to prepare and design large programmes to increase process management maturity, and to support assessment and improvement tasks and phases with their professional competence.
