Prerequisites and exam information

To pass the exam, you need to provide evidence of substantial professional experience as follows:

  • at least secondary education, 
  • 24 months of experience in an agile team from the previous 5 years (other agile certification, e.g. 12 months for SAFe)
  • 28 hours of training covering agile trends, which was created by the full proof of participation in our training programme

The PMI-ACP exam consists of 120 test questions and takes 3 hours to complete. It does not focus on a specific agile methodology, but includes elements from all methodologies and focuses on the agile mindset. The exam can be taken several times each week at Pearson Vue exam centres for a fee of USD 495 per person.

Training information

The programme is an intensive exam preparation, with the main goal of helping participants to pass the exam for the first time.

Following the 3-day training, the evaluation of the individually completed exam simulation will be supported by individual consultation on request.

As the most important indicator for us is our pass rate, we are available until the exam is passed. We guarantee the quality of our programmes, so if you are not satisfied with the programme and you let us know at the first session, you will not have to pay anything.

For online courses, an internet connection is required, a microphone and webcam are recommended, and handouts and supporting materials will be provided in electronic format.

The programme consists of 3×1 days of traditional classroom or online coursework, 3 hours of self-completion of a sample exam (e-learning) and evaluation, and additional free consultations on request.

Conditions for requesting tenders, application

The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.

In the case of application, the applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the course. If cancellation is made within 15 calendar days prior to the start of the training, the applicant agrees that the supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the participation fee. This is waived if the applicant postpones the application to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you report this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of all materials and handouts used in the training. The training fee does not include the cost of the exam.
