Participants will learn the basic concepts of measurement, quantitative and qualitative methods and how to formulate measurement objectives. We will detail how agile maturity can be measured at the organisational, policy and team levels. The training will also cover how to measure the effectiveness of product delivery capability, events and roles. We will teach how to interpret the data and derive improvement recommendations. Through practical examples, participants will experience how measurement can be used for decision making. The aim is to make the organisation more transparent and to continuously improve agile operations.

Réka Pétercsák
Réka has more than 10 years of experience supporting organisational and agile transformations. Her experience includes designing and implementing agile transformations, scalable operating frameworks, adaptive demand management processes. She also supports leaders and teams in navigating long-term mindset and behavioural change. As a trainer and coach, she has supported the development of more than 2,500 participants through agile, Scrum, SAFe, project management, and leadership development programs.
