If you are new to the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), one of the most widely used scaled agile frameworks, the Leading SAFe® training will help you build a solid foundation of knowledge. In the training learn about the principles and good practices that underpin the Lean-Agile transformation, and learn how to build on them to manage teams effectively, even virtually.
The SAFe framework is used by a wide range of large companies, from financial, TELCO or even the pharmaceutical industries, so the knowledge gained can be immediately applied in such organisations.
Important: Formal SAFe® trainings can only be delivered by Certified SAFe® Program Consultants, a qualification held by the experts of ProMan Consulting Kft.

Prerequisites, information
The Leading SAFe® training will focus on topics such as the principles of business agility and how to make SAFe® work within an organisation. We will also show how SAFe® can help you to increase quality, productivity, employee involvement and ownership, or how the framework can help you to reduce time to market for your products and services.
The training fee includes a one-time exam to obtain the Certified SAFe® Agilist qualification. The exam is an online, 90-minute, multiple-choice test in English with a minimum pass mark of 77%.
The training is recommended for lean-agile change initiators who want to understand the lean-agile approach and the tools and practices of the SAFe® framework to effectively support agile teams, agile programs, program and portfolio management in their organization, and coordinate lean-agile transformations.

There are no formal prerequisites for completing the training, but a minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, testing, business analysis or project management is recommended. In addition, a basic knowledge of the Scrum framework is recommended.

Training information
Our Leading SAFe® programme consists of 2 days of training, after which you can obtain the internationally recognised, official Certified SAFe® Agilist qualification.
As the most important measure for us is our pass rate, we offer free consultation after the programme to help participants on request.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - we are confident about the quality of our programmes, but if you are not satisfied and you report it during your first session, of course you don't have to pay! The course price will be invoiced at the end of the programme, we do not charge anything in advance.
For online courses, an internet connection is required, a microphone and webcam are recommended, and handouts and supporting materials will be provided in electronic format.
The course consists of 2×1 days traditional classroom or online sessions, self-completion of a sample exam and, if required, additional free consultations.
Conditions for requesting tenders, application
The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.
In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
