If you are new to the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®)—one of the most widely used scaled agile frameworks—the Leading SAFe® training provides a solid foundation of knowledge. During the training, participants learn the principles and proven practices that underpin Lean-Agile transformation, and how to apply them to effectively lead and manage teams, including in virtual environments.
SAFe® is widely used by large organisations across industries such as finance, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. As a result, the knowledge gained during the training can be immediately applied in real-world enterprise settings.
Important: Official SAFe® trainings may only be delivered by Certified SAFe® Program Consultants (SPCs). The experts at ProMan Consulting Kft. hold this qualification, ensuring an authorised and high-quality training experience.

Prerequisites, information
The Leading SAFe® training will focus on topics such as the principles of business agility and how to make SAFe® work within an organisation. We will also show how SAFe® can help you to increase quality, productivity, employee involvement and ownership, or how the framework can help you to reduce time to market for your products and services.
The training fee includes one exam attempt for the Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification. The exam is an online, 90-minute, multiple-choice test in English, with a minimum passing score of 77%.
This training is recommended for lean-agile change initiators who want to understand the Lean-Agile mindset, along with the tools and practices of SAFe®, in order to effectively support agile teams, agile programmes, and programme- and portfolio-level work, and to coordinate Lean-Agile transformations across the organisation.

There are no formal prerequisites for completing the training, but a minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, testing, business analysis or project management is recommended. In addition, a basic knowledge of the Scrum framework is recommended.

Our Leading SAFe® programme consists of 2 days of training, after which you can obtain the internationally recognised, official Certified SAFe® Agilist qualification.
As the most important measure for us is our pass rate, we offer free consultation after the programme to help participants on request.
