A megoldásközpontú brief coaching nemcsak egyéni helyzetekben, hanem csoportos és szervezeti szinten is lehetőséget ad arra, hogy a proaktivitás, az önszerveződés és a felelősségvállalás ösztönzésével tartós fejlődést és együttműködésen alapuló kultúrát alakítsunk ki.
Intenzív, 4 napos gyakorlati képzésünkön megtanulhatja, hogyan támogassa csapatait a fejlődésben, együttműködésben és önszerveződésben megoldásfókuszú eszköztár és szemléletmód segítségével. A programot olyan egyéni brief coachingban már jártas szervezeti szakembereknek ajánljuk, akik szeretnék módszertani tudásukat mélyíteni, és a csoportos, valamint szervezeti működés szintjén is magabiztosan alkalmazni.
A képzés célja olyan szakemberek felkészítése, akik tiszta módszertannal, magabiztosan vezetnek brief coaching üléseket, készen állnak a nemzetközi coach-akkreditációs rendszerekhez való csatlakozásra, és sokoldalúan, alkotó módon képesek alkalmazni a brief coaching szemléletét a csoportokkal és teamekkel való munkában. Emellett betekintést és eszközöket kapnak ahhoz is, hogyan támogassák szervezetük kultúrájának fejlesztését, és hogyan építsenek reziliens, tanuló szervezeteket a brief coachingban rejlő lehetőségeket kreatívan kihasználva.

A haladó modul programban a képzésnapokon felül minden résztvevő 2 db egyéni mentoring alkalmon vehet részt.
A haladó modult követően igény szerint támogatjuk őket ICF-ACC akkreditációjuk megszerzésében is.

The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.
In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
