This two-day interactive training leads to the ICAgile ICP-ENT certification and develops participants’ mindset, coaching skills, and organisational impact, aligned with the Business Agility Compass.
This advanced-level programme is designed for professionals who already have experience in agile team leadership and are ready to act as catalysts for systemic organisational change.
During the training, participants will learn how to:

Réka Pétercsák
Réka supports our clients with agile and traditional team development, related individual competency development, Scrum Master tasks, individual and group coaching, and organizational development. In the past years she has supported nearly 100 teams as an agile coach and more than 1500 people have participated in her trainings.
Prerequisites, information
This training has no mandatory prerequisites; however, it is ideally suited for professionals with the following background:
- At least two years of experience as an agile coach or Scrum Master
- An active ICP-ACC or other recognised agile core certification (e.g. Scrum.org, SAFe®)
- Experience working with managers or stakeholders at organisational level
- Openness to systems thinking and change management
- Motivation to shape organisational culture and drive transformation initiatives
Through real-life case studies, coaching simulations, and facilitated group exercises, participants develop the core competencies required for Enterprise Agile Coaching. At the end of the training, participants demonstrate their capabilities through a summary case study and, upon successful completion, receive the ICAgile ICP-ENT certificate.
