Get a user guide for your customers!
Master the tools of Design Thinking and create value for your clients!
What is Design Thinking training about?
The aim of our Design Thinking training is to introduce participants to the basics of design thinking and to provide a comprehensive overview of how the Design Thinking process works and the tools that can be used. As a participant in our programme, you will experience and try this through a real-life process in concrete situation simulations.
Discover Design Thinking, a human-centred and innovative approach to solving problems and developing ideas. If traditional methods don't work and you don't know where to get new ideas and how to incorporate them effectively, our training will help you find a new perspective. Learn how you can think differently and create value for your clients, colleagues or even the whole organisation. You can gain a deeper understanding of your customers' or target group's needs and quickly test your ideas to find the best, most feasible solutions.
The programme is designed for professionals who want to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer experience and develop tools for value-based thinking.

Prerequisites and framework for Design Thinking training
Our 2-day programme is designed to be straightforward, to the point and practical, simulating everything from coming up with a gift idea to making it. The programme is very intensive, with about 20% of theory and 80% of practical elements, so we have set the number of groups at 4-12 people, which gives everyone the opportunity to experience the Design Thinking toolkit.
Through our simulation, participants will be able to try out a toolkit that will support them in thinking with the user's head, how to deal with the customer's inability to articulate what exactly they expect, how to generate creative ideas and innovative solutions, and how to ensure that ideas are not just ideas but are implemented, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.
There are no prerequisites to participate in the training.
The programme can also be delivered for teams, in which case the situations and scenarios are tailored to the client's needs.
