Agile approaches are spreading like wildfire in the business world. There are enthusiasts and detractors, but whichever group you fall into, it's clear that it's a mindset worth understanding.
For those who are new to agile project management, our one-day programme will give you a comprehensive overview of the basics, practical application of agile values and principles. During the programme, we will review the basics of agile, as well as in-depth coverage of Scrum and Kanban methodological approaches, with exercises to support understanding.
Based on project management trends, the future will be shaped by mixed project portfolios, so it is inevitable that agility, or agile roles and tools will remain an unknown territory for project team members and managers.

Réka supports our clients with agile and traditional team development, related individual competency development, Scrum Master tasks, individual and group coaching, and organizational development. In the past years she has supported nearly 100 teams as an agile coach and more than 1500 people have participated in her trainings.
Áron graduated with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, then worked as an organizational developer, and is currently a Scrum Master and an Agile training facilitator. He regularly supports agile (pilot) teams, introducing agile working methods, self-organization, agile mindset and collaboration.
Csengele gained experience as a project manager in leading international projects, then as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in an agile SaaS software development team. She supports our clients with Agile team and role development as well as traditional project management training. In addition to this, she also supports agile teams in Product Owner and Scrum Master and agile consultancy roles, helping to develop organisational agility.

The training provided for an organization is followed by a free consultation session (2 hours) to support implementation, which can also be used to develop organizational processes or cooperation, as required.
