The Six Sigma methodology is a process improvement and problem-solving focused approach to minimise the number of errors in key business processes. The approach incorporates a number of field-tested tools that have been tried and tested over decades, and its system grades experts from yellow belt to black belt.

We offer our Six Sigma Green Belt training to professionals who want to obtain Green Belt certification or improve their project management toolkit with elements of the Six Sigma methodology. During our 6-day (48-hour) training programme, we will provide you with the complete knowledge required for the Green Belt exam, and we will also help you to apply it by working on and supporting projects brought in by the participants.

Prerequisites, framework

Participation requires no prior knowledge and is recommended for all those who:

  • Would like to obtain Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • often lead or participate in process management projects
  • would like to develop their LSS toolkit

During the programme, participants are expected to select their own project and work on it using what they have learned, with ongoing support from our Master Black Belt expert colleague!

Following the announced sessions of the open programme, participants demonstrate the application of what they have learned in a real project environment, with a final presentation and examination taking place at the end.

The programme can be delivered in an on-site format, in which case the topics can be customized based on client requirements.

Training information

Our Six Sigma Green Belt programme consists of six days of online training, during which participants try out the tools they have learned on their own projects. Our Master Black Belt colleague assists in the project selection process and provides feedback on the application of what has been learned in a real project environment. During the final session, in addition to reviewing the knowledge acquired during the control phase, participants give a presentation and take an exam. 

We also offer open-format weekday and weekend programmes broken down into one-day sessions.

For online courses, an internet connection is required, a microphone and webcam are recommended, and handouts and supporting materials will be provided in digital format.
