Research on team effectiveness shows that the effective implementation of agile operations is limited by issues relating to communication competences and behavioral factors. Our training aims to provide Scrum Masters, agile coaches, agile transformation leaders and leaders of organisations preparing for agile transformation with clear guidance on basic concepts relating to psychology.
We help managers lead conversations and develop their staff in a conscious and effective way so that agile operations can be integrated more quickly into the organisation. Our trainers are certified agile coaches, supervisors and coaches and support organisations, teams and individuals in their daily work. This training is the result of their experiences and knowledge gained through developing teams in various organizational contexts.

Réka Pétercsák
Réka has supported dozens of Agile teams and organizations in the past years in the role of Agile Coach. Her main focus is on team collaboration, team and individual coaching, as well as the development of Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
Fruzsina Kiss
Fruzsina gained her experience with teal organisations in the Netherlands. As a certified coach and supervisor, her work focuses on professional and workplace change. Working with her clients, understanding, awareness and self-reflection play a major role as catalysts for change.
Conditions and frameworks
During the two-day programme, we create a leadership competency glossary on the most frequently problematic issues in agile environments, the concepts of trust, self-organisation, responsibility and empowerment. During the training, in addition to the glossary, we will use experiential simulation exercises to further develop the leadership competencies that help support teams and the organisation, and then, based on the experience gained, we will address the discussion of difficult topics in a work environment.
