The SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) training focuses on the roles, responsibilities, and day-to-day activities of Product Owners and Product Managers working within the Agile Release Train (ART). Participants learn how to ensure continuity in product development, support programme execution, and drive continuous value creation across the organisation. The course also provides practical guidance and tools for working effectively with distributed, multi-site, or remote teams in a scaled agile environment.

This training focuses on Product Owners and Product Managers working together to deliver the highest possible user and business value. Participants learn how to apply customer-centric thinking to product development and how to leverage the SAFe® framework to effectively create and sustain value for customers.
Key topics include the day-to-day responsibilities of Product Owners and Product Managers, collaboration with teams and stakeholders, and the practical application of Epics, Capabilities, Features, and User Stories across the different phases of product development within SAFe®.
The training fee includes one exam attempt for the Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification. The exam is an online, 90-minute, multiple-choice test in English, with a minimum passing score of 73%.
This training is recommended for Product Owners, Product Managers, and product management professionals who want to apply a Lean-Agile approach to prioritisation and further develop their skills in defining and refining Epics, Capabilities, Features, and User Stories in a SAFe® context.
