Scaling agile teams
Organisational agility in practice
Help your organisation run using scaled agile frameworks!
Scaled agility in practice
This two-day workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of agile scaling frameworks and help you understand when, why and how to use them. Participants will learn what scaling really means and the challenges it brings when multiple teams work together towards a common goal.
The most popular frameworks - SAFe, Nexus, LeSS and Disciplined Agile - are presented in detail, highlighting what makes them unique and which organisational situations they are best suited to. The training will go through how Agile principles can be scaled and where they can be compromised in larger scale operations. Through practical examples, participants will see how to manage dependencies between teams, risks and joint planning processes.
By the end of the training, participants will have a clearer understanding of their options and will be more confident in choosing the right framework and tools to support scaled operations for their organisation.
