Scaling agile teams

Scaled agility in practice

Support your organization's operations by applying scaled agile frameworks!

Scaled agility in practice

This two-day workshop provides a comprehensive overview of agile scaling frameworks and helps participants understand when, why, and how to use them. Participants explore what scaling really means and the challenges that arise when multiple teams work together toward a common goal.

The most widely used frameworks—SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile—are presented in detail, highlighting their key characteristics and the organisational contexts in which they are most effective. The training examines how agile principles can be scaled and where compromises often emerge in larger-scale environments. Through practical examples, participants learn how to manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and joint planning processes.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a clearer understanding of their available options and greater confidence in selecting the most appropriate frameworks and tools to support scaled agility within their organisation.
