SAFe Lean Portfolio Management training prerequisites, framework
There are no formal prerequisites for the SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification exam. However, it is strongly recommended that participants have a solid understanding of basic agile concepts and principles, as well as practical experience working in a SAFe® environment—ideally gained through prior completion of courses such as Leading SAFe® or SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager.
Accordingly, this training is primarily recommended for senior Product Owners and portfolio-level professionals with at least five years of relevant experience.

Our SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management programme consists of 2 days of training, after which you can obtain an internationally recognised, official SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) qualification.
