Agile transformation is not just about teams, but just as much about the business stakeholders without whom change cannot succeed. This training is specifically designed for Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Owners and Project Managers who are key players in the implementation of agile.
Over the two days, we will go through how demand management, portfolio and demand management are changing and what this means for day-to-day decisions. We will understand how agile principles and organisational operations are linked, and what the shift from a project approach to a product approach means. Through practical examples, we will show how business actors can support teams from framework selection to the first PI Planning. We will highlight the early anti-patterns and typical mistakes that often start from the business side and work together on solution strategies. During the training, participants will not only get a clarification of their role, but also concrete tools to strengthen their transformation. The aim is to make it clear to everyone that business support is one of the most important keys to success.

Conditions for requesting tenders, application
The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.
In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
