Multi-team agile design in practice
This one-day intensive hands-on training will give participants the opportunity to practice the key elements of a large-scale PI Planning event in a safe environment.
The programme will take you step-by-step through the planning process, from preparation to goal setting and follow-up. Participants will experience how joint planning by several teams works and how to manage the dependencies that arise.
Particular emphasis is placed on risk and its transparent and collaborative management. The exercise will include the use of concrete tools and templates that can be immediately transferred to everyday work. The training will help teams to be more confident and prepared to participate in their own PI Planning event.

- Completion of our Product Owner practical agile training with simulation
- or existing PSPO I certification
- or existing PSM I qualification
- or any SAFe certification
- Successful completion of ProMan Consulting’s own Product Owner exam (PSPO Level I) with a minimum score of 80%; or
- Eligibility confirmed through an individual professional discussion or a short survey.
