This training provides a comprehensive overview of how agility can be measured at the organisational and team level. Participants will learn the basic concepts of measurement, quantitative and qualitative methods and how to formulate measurement objectives. We will detail how agile maturity can be measured at the organisational, policy and team levels. The training will also cover how to measure the effectiveness of product delivery capability, events and roles. We will teach how to interpret the data and derive improvement recommendations. Through practical examples, participants will experience how measurement can be used for decision making. The aim is to make the organisation more transparent and to continuously improve agile operations.

Our experts
Réka Pétercsák
Réka gained her most important agile and other project experience abroad in the field of digitalisation and smart city development, after which she joined the ProMan Consulting team. As a certified coach, she has extensive knowledge and experience in individual and team development.
Csengele Hajdu
Csengele gained experience as a project manager in leading international projects, then as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in an agile SaaS software development team. She supports our clients with Agile team and role development as well as traditional project management training. In addition to this, she also supports agile teams in Product Owner and Scrum Master and agile consultancy roles, helping to develop organisational agility.
Áron Ulicska
Áron graduated with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, then worked as an organizational developer, and is currently a Scrum Master and an Agile training facilitator. He regularly supports agile (pilot) teams, introducing agile working methods, self-organization, agile mindset and collaboration.

The training is an advanced level 16-hour programme for advanced agile experts who already have a deep knowledge of the following organisational agile topics:
