One of the most important success factors for agile operations is that the team makes good decisions together, stays focused and doesn't get lost in a sea of parallel tasks and information. But good intentions are not enough: you need a conscious framework, effective tools and skilled facilitation. A good facilitator does not provide the content, but provides the framework: engaging participants, structuring collective thinking and helping the group on the path to results.

During the one-day programme, participants will learn methods and exercises to:

  • plan and conduct effective and meaningful meetings and workshops,
  • as a facilitator, they can engage the team, structure collective thinking and help build consensus,
  • consciously manage time and priorities to reduce overload and increase efficiency.

Our training programmes are always based on active involvement of the participants and joint work, avoiding one-way, lecture-like programmes. We also use interactive, playful exercises, at the end of which we evaluate the results and experiences with the team.  

We offer our training to teams working in agile environments, project managers, Scrum Masters and Product Owners who want to make their agile processes more efficient and want to learn facilitation techniques that can be put into practice immediately.

We are confident about the quality of our programme, but if you are still dissatisfied and report it during the first training block, you will of course not have to pay! We invoice you after the training, we do not charge anything in advance.

PMSZ membership, 2 or more applicants, or application as a private person, we offer a discount!

If you have 4 or more applicants, please contact us for an outsourced, individual offer, in which case the schedule and topics can be flexible! 

Trainings delivered on-site for an organisation are followed by a 2-hour free of charge consultation session, which can be used to improve organisational processes or collaboration as required.

Our programme consists of 1 day (9.00-17.00) of classroom or online training, including both theoretical and practical elements.

Conditions for requesting tenders, application

The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.

In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
