The training covers scheduling, inflow, outflow, and work-in-progress strategies to optimise portfolio backlogs and initiative priorities. Participants will also learn how to maximise overall portfolio value by considering costs, delayed deliveries, and emerging opportunities.
The workshop also examines common anti-patterns that can undermine portfolio management and presents proven strategies for effective implementation.

Prerequisites for training:
- Completion of our Product Owner practical training with agile simulation
- or existing PSPO I certification

- or any SAFe certification
- Successful completion of ProMan Consulting’s own Product Owner exam (PSPO Level I) with a minimum score of 80%; or
- Eligibility confirmed through an individual professional discussion or a short survey.
