What is agile coaching about?
In an agile environment, the key to success for leaders and teams is not just knowledge of methodologies, but a supportive, developmental approach that allows everyone to unleash their own resources and take responsibility for shared outcomes.
The aim of our training is to enable participants to learn and experience the principles, tools and practices of agile coaching, and to be able to consciously support the development of their teams and organisations.
During the programme, participants will learn about the basics of agile coaching, the practical application of the resource approach and practical techniques to effectively support development processes both as a leader and as a team.
Agile coaching training therefore not only gives you the tools and the approach, but also a mindset that helps you to start real development processes, whether for a team, a leader or an entire organisation.

Our experts

Réka Pétercsák
Réka supports our clients with agile and traditional team development, related individual competency development, Scrum Master tasks, individual and group coaching, and organizational development. In the past years she has supported nearly 100 teams as an agile coach and more than 1500 people have participated in her trainings.

Áron Ulicska
Áron graduated with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, then worked as an organizational developer, and is currently a Scrum Master and an Agile training facilitator. He regularly supports agile (pilot) teams, introducing agile working methods, self-organization, agile mindset and collaboration.

Hajdu bells
Csengele gained experience as a project manager in leading international projects, then as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in an agile SaaS software development team. She supports our clients with Agile team and role development as well as traditional project management training. In addition to this, he also supports agile teams in Product Owner and Scrum Master and agile consultancy roles, helping to develop organisational agility.
Prerequisites and Frameworks
The programme requires an Agile approach and knowledge of basic tools!
The program is primarily recommended for Scrum Masters with 0-2 years of experience, but it can also be useful for managers, Product Owners, Agile professionals and HR/People&Culture roles who want to develop their Agile teams with a coaching approach.
The programme is an interactive, experiential training, based on short theoretical introductions, exercises, pair and group coaching situations and real-life case studies. Participants will also be able to share their own organisational challenges, so that the tools learned can be immediately adapted to their daily work.
The programme can also take the form of an outsourced group activity with a tailor-made theme!

In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
