Learning Scrum through play
Put agile principles into practice with LEGO® and understand how Sprints work!
Experience Scrum in a truly interactive way! In this half-day workshop you will learn the basics of Scrum: LEGO®-to simulate teamwork, product delivery and iterations. No prior knowledge is required, just your curiosity and team spirit. By the end of the workshop, you will understand how Scrum promotes agility, focus and value-driven results.

Réka supports our clients with agile and traditional team development, related individual competency development, Scrum Master tasks, individual and group coaching, and organizational development. In the past years she has supported nearly 100 teams as an agile coach and more than 1500 people have participated in her trainings.
Áron graduated with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, then worked as an organizational developer, and is currently a Scrum Master and an Agile training facilitator. He regularly supports agile (pilot) teams, introducing agile working methods, self-organization, agile mindset and collaboration.
Csengele gained experience as a project manager in leading international projects, then as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in an agile SaaS software development team. She supports our clients with Agile team and role development as well as traditional project management training. In addition to this, she also supports agile teams in Product Owner and Scrum Master and agile consultancy roles, helping to develop organisational agility.
There are no prerequisites for completing the training.
We are confident about the quality of our programme, but if you are still dissatisfied and report it during the first training block, you will of course not have to pay! We invoice you after the training, we do not charge anything in advance.
We offer discounts for PMSZ members, groups of two or more applicants, and individuals!
In case of 4 or more applicants, please contact us for a customized proposal, in which case the schedule and topics can be flexibly adjusted!
The training provided for an organization is followed by a free consultation session (2 hours) to support implementation, which can also be used to develop organizational processes or cooperation, as required.
Our programme consists of 1 day (9.00-17.00) of classroom training, including both theoretical and practical elements.
