This two-day intensive training will introduce you to the theoretical foundations and practical tools of Kanban, so that you can apply it effectively in teams and organisations.

Réka Pétercsák
Réka gained her most important agile and other project experience abroad in the field of digitalisation and smart city development, after which she joined the ProMan Consulting team. As a certified coach, she has extensive knowledge and experience in individual and team development.
Prerequisites, framework
The training is aimed at white belts, i.e. complete beginners, and there are no prerequisites for completing the training.
