Develop your team and organisational culture with coaching!

Advanced Brief Coaching Training - Team Coaching Masterclass

Solution-focused brief coaching offers powerful opportunities not only in individual settings, but also at team and organisational levels. It supports the development of a sustainable culture of growth and collaboration by encouraging proactivity, self-organisation, and shared responsibility.

In this intensive, four-day, practice-oriented training, participants learn how to support teams in their development, collaboration, and self-organisation using a solution-focused coaching approach and toolkit. The programme is designed for organisational professionals who already have experience in individual brief coaching and wish to deepen their methodological knowledge and confidently apply it in group and organisational contexts.

The aim of the training is to prepare professionals who can confidently lead team-based brief coaching sessions using a clear and structured methodology. Participants will be equipped to engage with international coach accreditation pathways and to apply brief coaching creatively and effectively in team and organisational settings. The programme also provides insights and practical tools to support organisational culture development and to build resilient, learning organisations by unlocking the full potential of brief coaching.
