Advanced Brief Coaching Training - Team Coaching Master level

Solution-focused brief coaching offers opportunities not only in individual situations, but also at group and organisational level, to promote a culture of sustainable development and cooperation by encouraging proactivity, self-organisation and responsibility to develop.

In our intensive, 4-day practical training you will learnhow to support your teams to develop, collaborate and self-organise using a solution-focused toolkit and approach. The programme is recommended for organisational professionals already experienced in individual brief coaching who wish to deepen their methodological knowledge and apply it confidently to group and organisational functioning.

The aim of the training is to prepare professionals who can confidently lead brief coaching sessions with a clear methodology, are ready to join international coach accreditation schemes, and are able to apply the brief coaching approach in a versatile and creative way to work with groups and teams. They will also gain insights and tools to support the development of their organisation's culture and how to build resilient, learning organisations by creatively exploiting the potential of brief coaching.

Participants will receive a Brief Coaching in Organisation and Leadership programme certificate for the modules completed and competences acquired.

In the advanced module programme, each participant can take part in 2 individual mentoring sessions in addition to the training days.

Following the advanced module, we can also support them in obtaining ICF-ACC accreditation if required.

Training information

The brief coaching training consists of a 4-day (32 hours) training module, during which participants will participate in an individual mentoring session.

Conditions for requesting tenders, application

The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.

In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
