Design Thinking in agile product development

From idea to product

Master the tools of Design Thinking and create value for your clients!

The programme can also be complemented with Professional Product Discovery and Validation (PPDV) exam preparation on request.

What is Design Thinking training about?

The key to successful product development in fast-changing markets is to integrate user-centric thinking and iterative development processes into an agile environment.

The aim of the training is to familiarise participants with the basics of Design Thinking methodology and to provide them with practical tools for all stages of product development, from mapping user needs to testing prototypes.

The conscious use of discovery and validation techniques is key to agile product development. During the programme, participants will learn when and how to use these tools in order to gain a deep understanding of the needs and motivations of users, both potential and existing. This knowledge will enable development decisions to be based on real user value and product features to be brought to market at the right time and with the right priorities.

The training can be supplemented with an optional preparation module for the Scrum.org PPDV exam!
