Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, the SAFe® Scrum Master training looks at the Scrum Master role in the context of the whole organisation. It prepares you to successfully plan and implement Program Increments, even on a scaled-up environment, in collaboration with several teams, which is the primary requirement for using SAFe® at the organisational level.
The SAFe framework is used by a wide range of large companies, from financial, TELCO or even the pharmaceutical industries, so the knowledge gained can be immediately applied in such organisations.
Important: Formal SAFe® trainings can only be delivered by Certified SAFe® Program Consultants, a qualification held by the experts of ProMan Consulting Kft.

Réka Pétercsák
Réka gained her most important agile and other project experience abroad in the field of digitalisation and smart city development, after which she joined the ProMan Consulting team. As a certified coach and SAFe trainer, she has extensive knowledge and experience in individual and team development.
Prerequisites, information
The main topics of the training include building high performing teams by developing servant leadership and coaching competencies, with a focus on continuous delivery mindset and practice. The SAFe® Scrum Master certification prepares SSMs to take on the role of Scrum Master in organisations using the SAFe® framework and to effectively support their team and organisation during the SAFe® implementation.
The training fee includes a one-time exam to obtain the Certified SAFe® Scrum Master certification. The exam is an online, 90-minute, multiple-choice test in English with a minimum pass mark of 73%.
The training is ideal for Lean-Agile team members who want to gain experience of how the SAFe® Agile Release Train works. Participants will learn how to dissect features, write user stories, develop the different processes of the team and the train, and also how to plan and execute each iteration.

There are no formal prerequisites for the training. Knowledge of Agile concepts, principles, Scrum, Kanban and/or eXtreme Programming frameworks is an advantage but not mandatory.

Training information
Our SAFe® Scrum Master programme consists of 2 days of training, after which you can obtain the internationally recognised, official Certified SAFe® Scrum Master qualification.
As the most important measure for us is our pass rate, we offer free consultation after the programme to help participants on request.
For online courses, an internet connection is required, a microphone and webcam are recommended, and handouts and supporting materials will be provided in electronic format.
For PMSZ members, 2 or more applicants, or if you apply as an individual, we offer a 10% discount!

The course consists of 2×1 days traditional classroom or online sessions, self-completion of a sample exam and, if required, additional free consultations.
Conditions for requesting tenders, application
The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.
In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
