The key to successful projects is effective individual performance and harmonious teamwork. In projects, it is often a challenge to support the cooperation of the project team, to harmonise different working styles, to reinforce individual ownership or to establish communication channels and frameworks.

Based on personal experiences and real-life situations, participants of our training will learn about modern approaches, tools and practices of team support, team productivity, conflict management and cooperation building.

The programme helps project managers, Product Owners and stakeholders supporting projects to accompany their projects with appropriate communication and facilitation tools, thus contributing to a harmonious and productive project environment.

Prerequisites, framework

Although no prior knowledge is required to participate in the programme, it is an advantage if applicants have some experience of leading or supporting teams, whether traditional or agile.

In our 2-day (16-hour) programme, we avoid "academic" lectures, using real-life situations and participants' own experiences. 

In view of the active teamwork, the number of participants was set at 4-10.

Our programme is designed to enable participants to put into practice what they have learned and shared experiences, regardless of methodological orientation.

The programme can also be implemented in an outsourced form, in which case the training can be extended and tailored to the client's needs.

For online courses, an internet connection is required, a microphone and webcam are recommended, and handouts and supporting materials will be provided in electronic format.

Conditions for requesting tenders, application

The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.

In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
