Réka Pétercsák
Réka gained her most important project experience abroad in the field of digitalisation and smart city development, after which she joined the ProMan Consulting team. In recent years, she has led the development of several agile and traditional project teams, and supported agile transformations and organisational development projects as a coach and trainer. As a certified coach he has a broad knowledge and experience in individual and team development.
Prerequisites, framework
Although no prior knowledge is required to participate in the programme, it is an advantage if applicants have some experience of leading or supporting teams, whether traditional or agile.
In our 2-day (16-hour) programme, we avoid "academic" lectures, using real-life situations and participants' own experiences.
In view of the active teamwork, the number of participants was set at 4-10.
Our programme is designed to enable participants to put into practice what they have learned and shared experiences, regardless of methodological orientation.
The programme can also be implemented in an outsourced form, in which case the training can be extended and tailored to the client's needs.

The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.
In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
