Our 3-day programme has been designed to ensure that the communication and management tools learned in the training can be used in practice by process leaders in any field, from initation to change management.
There is no prerequisite for the training. We focus on ensuring that the training participants are able to think more consciously about their own processes, and to develop and follow up on them with confidence.
The programme builds heavily on the participants' own process management experiences, their understanding and possibilities for further development, thus providing the opportunity to apply the experiences of the practical elements (approx. 60%) to their own context, in addition to the theoretical foundation (approx. 40%). Lessons learnt, emerging individual and organisational development opportunities will be assessed together with the team.
During the programme, the knowledge areas of process management used by the client and the difficulties often encountered by the participants will be addressed, based on the needs of the participants.
