Réka Pétercsák
Réka has supported dozens of Agile teams and organizations in the past years in the role of Agile Coach. Her main focus is on team collaboration, team and individual coaching, as well as the development of Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
B. Tóth Erika
Erika has been working primarily in solution-focused coaching for 6 years. She has been working in project and financial management since 2011 and is currently active in the economic field, as well as supporting organisational process improvement and optimisation as a coach.

During the programme, we will cover some of the basic techniques of solution-focused brief coaching which are best applied in a workplace environment.
Our trainers have many years of experience in coaching, project and team management and have developed the training material from their experience working with teams in organisations.
Our 2-day programme is focused on the essential theoretical knowledge and practical situations helping you to master the basics of a solution-focussed conversation, whether it is for meetings, leading a project event, talking to teams or individuals.
During the programme, we will pay close attention to transferability, focusing on solutions and communication techniques adapted to individual communication styles and organisational contexts.

Training information
The size of the group was set at 4-10 people to work effectively together.
For online courses, an internet connection is required, a microphone and webcam are recommended, and handouts and supporting materials will be provided in electronic format.

The training is an intensive, 2-day (16-hour), collaborative work-based programme, the main aim of which is to put into practice the elements learned.
Conditions for requesting tenders, application
The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.
In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
