HOW CAN AN AGILE COACH WORK EFFECTIVELY?
Many people do not distinguish between the roles of Scrum Master and Agile Coach, which in our experience can cause a lot of tension and difficulties in teams. The Agile Coach works with a broader methodological toolkit and is responsible for supporting the teams and developing the leaders, individuals, Scrum Masters and the organisation around Agile principles.
An Agile Coach is therefore a professional who helps individuals and teams in an organisation to apply Agile practices appropriately, and enables a deeper understanding of the different frameworks, methodologies and underlying principles and values.
Our Agile Coach training has been implemented as an outsourced programme in the past years, but due to the high interest we are launching it in an open format. The program is recommended for agile leaders, Scrum Masters with own experience, who want to develop their toolkit and become able to apply coaching-based leadership and support on a daily basis.

Conditions and frameworks
Although we will briefly go through the basics of Agile during the programme, we will for Scrum Masters and agile leaders who already have experience in agile teams and are familiar with the important elements of agile operations.
Our 3-day (24-hour) training helps to further expand the already established toolbox of agile professionals by integrating elements used in coaching into an agile environment.
The tools learned will be tested by the participants during the programme, thus facilitating their practical application later on. After the training, individual supervision, coaching sessions and on-the-job support or mentoring are also available.
The training can also take the form of outsourced training, in which case we can tailor the topics to the client's needs.
