Advanced Business Analyst Group Training for Business Analysts

Be more effective in business analysis!

How can the initiation of projects be effectively supported?

Business analysis is playing an increasingly important role in projects. But what are the tasks of a business analyst? What process and tools can be used to effectively define the objectives of projects or the expectations of the deliverables?

Through practical exercises and case studies, our training will explore and guide you through the work and tasks of an effective business analyst, from supporting goal setting to measuring results. We will review the tasks, tools and role specificities of a business analyst and prepare key BA results products through concrete, practical exercises.

We recommend our training to business analysts who already have experience and are looking for ways to become more effective and efficient in their work.

Our experts

Who do we recommend it for?

Although the training will provide a concise introduction to the basics of business analysis, we recommend participation in the programme for business analysts who already have 2-3 years of experience.

Our 3-day (24-hour) training is designed with a focus on practice, taking a specific idea from goal setting through requirements definition to feedback. The training is an intensive workshop-based programme with approximately 30% theoretical and 70% practical elements, with groups of 4-12 people.

During the training, in addition to trying out the specific features and methodological elements of the role, we also place great emphasis on developing practical tools.

During the programme, we simulate a sample project proposed by the customer, if required.
