Zsolt has been working on projects for 12 years, including supporting IT projects as a business analyst and Product Owner. He was the first to obtain PMI-PBA certification in Hungary, and he is also responsible for the design and development of business analysis processes for dozens of organisations.

Our 3-day (24-hour) training is designed with a focus on practice, taking a specific idea from goal setting through requirements definition to feedback. The training is an intensive workshop-based programme with approximately 30% theoretical and 70% practical elements, with groups of 4-12 people.

During the training, in addition to trying out the specific features and methodological elements of the role, we also place great emphasis on developing practical tools.
