Why was ProjectBuzz created?
Over the past year, the demand for Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and Scrum Masters has also been steadily increasing. Due to high salary costs, variable intensity and a wide spectrum of project objectives, organisations are increasingly looking to freelance to cover the required capacity.
This trend has also been recognised by "body-shopping" companies, who currently charge up to 40-50% of the freelance daily fee as an intermediary fee without any value creation or further development or support for freelancers. Freelance project consultant without a commission?
Freelancers and individual experts can hopefully achieve a higher daily rate with our proprietary ProjectBuzz platform, while companies that use our capacity can hire project managers, business analysts, product owners or even scrum masters at lower costs.
The platform is free of charge for freelancers and available for businesses through different subscription packages.
We have tried to set the fees in a way that, compared to the traditional intermediary model, they are immediately recoverable over and above a full-time assignment of one expert per month. We believe in transparency, there are no hidden costs.

As described above, we have no secret intention of making the intermediary market more transparent, but ProjectBuzz also offers a number of other benefits for companies:
- Filtered database based on real data - each candidate's experience is assessed and validated through a face-to-face or telephone interview, depending on the situation.

How does ProjectBuzz work?
We have tried to make the process as simple and user-friendly as possible, following the steps below:
For freelancers:
- Pre-registration, entering data
- Interviews, data validation
- Activate registration - from this point onwards, the filters will work and projects will be visible
- Marking of projects that appear to be suitable/evaluation of nominations by projects
- In the case of matching, the contact details become visible and the parties concerned can contact each other
- Once an agreement has been reached, the freelancer can start work
For companies:
- Pre-registration, expression of interest
- Our colleagues will meet you in person to assess your needs and select the best subscription package for your company.
- After signing a contract, we provide users with login details
- Creating projects, preparing specifications
- Marking of freelancers who appear to be suitable/assessment of nominations by freelancers
- In the case of matching, the contact details become visible and the parties concerned can contact each other
- Once an agreement has been reached, the freelancer can start work as agreed
