Mi a coaching folyamat \u00e9s milyen ter\u00fcleteken fejleszthetj\u00fck magunkat a seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel?<\/p><h2>Mi a coaching?\u00a0<\/h2><p>A coaching egy olyan p\u00e1rbesz\u00e9dre \u00e9p\u00fcl\u0151 tan\u00e1csad\u00e1si forma, amelynek c\u00e9lja, hogy a coach seg\u00edtsen a tan\u00e1csad\u00e1son r\u00e9sztvev\u0151ben rejl\u0151 maxim\u00e1lis potenci\u00e1lt kiakn\u00e1zni, \u00e9s a lehet\u0151 legjobb teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt el\u00e9rni. Az \u00fczleti \u00e9s priv\u00e1t \u00e9letben az 1970-as \u00e9vekt\u0151l kezdt\u00e9k alkalmazni, Tim Gallwey \u201cThe Inner Game\u201d c\u00edm\u0171 k\u00f6nyv\u00e9nek megjelen\u00e9se ut\u00e1n. Gallwey k\u00f6nyv\u00e9nek l\u00e9nyege, hogy az, ami a j\u00e1t\u00e9kosok fej\u00e9ben j\u00e1tsz\u00f3dik le, ugyanannyira fontos, mint ami a p\u00e1ly\u00e1n t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik.
