Az er\u0151forr\u00e1s-tervez\u00e9s sor\u00e1n teh\u00e1t meg kell hat\u00e1rozni minden egyes r\u00e9szfeladat eset\u00e9ben a v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 munka- \u00e9s k\u00f6lts\u00e9gr\u00e1ford\u00edt\u00e1s nagys\u00e1g\u00e1t.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A scope\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6zt WBS seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel tiszt\u00e1zott <\/span><b>scope <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vagy hat\u00f3k\u00f6r-meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1s tartalmazza, hogy mire ir\u00e1nyul a projekt, vagyis mit fog megval\u00f3s\u00edtani. A scope-b\u00f3l teh\u00e1t kider\u00fcl, milyen term\u00e9k, szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s vagy eredm\u00e9ny tartozik a projekt hat\u00f3k\u00f6r\u00e9be.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A scope <\/span><b>a projektterv elemei k\u00f6z\u00fcl az egyik legjelent\u0151sebb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ez\u00e9rt a projektterv sz\u00edv\u00e9nek is nevezhetj\u00fck. K\u00e9pz\u00e9seinken mindig hangs\u00falyozzuk, hogy a projekt c\u00e9lja \u00e9s hat\u00f3k\u00f6re, nem keverend\u0151.
