\u00e1talakul\u00e1st annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy a szervezetet min\u00e9l kisebb sokkhat\u00e1s \u00e9rje \u00e9s a napi \u00fczletmenet ne akadjon meg. Ennek keret\u00e9ben az els\u0151 id\u0151szakban agilis vezet\u0151i tr\u00e9ningek, a kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9sek \u00e9s portfoli\u00f3 \u00e1ttekint\u00e9se, rendez\u00e9se, a transzform\u00e1ci\u00f3s c\u00e9lok pontos\u00edt\u00e1sa, OKR kialak\u00edt\u00e1s, valamint a pilot t\u00e9m\u00e1k kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1sa val\u00f3sult meg.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1sodik l\u00e9pcs\u0151ben a kiv\u00e1lasztott \u00e9s prioriz\u00e1lt kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9sek m\u00f6g\u00e9 defini\u00e1ltuk a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges csapat oldali kompetenciasz\u00fcks\u00e9gletet, fokozatosan siker\u00fclt ezeket bels\u0151 kapacit\u00e1sokkal lefedetni \u00e9s olyan szervezeti egys\u00e9gekt\u0151l &#8211; b\u00e1r csak r\u00e9szmunkaid\u0151ben &#8211; de dedik\u00e1lt szak\u00e9rt\u0151ket kapni, akik a csapatok keresztfunkcion\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t tudt\u00e1k er\u0151s\u00edteni. A kijel\u00f6lt csapatok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra agilis tr\u00e9ningek indultak, kialak\u00edt\u00e1sra ker\u00fcltek a backlogok, \u00e9s folyamatos t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s mellett elkezdt\u00e9k a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1st. A szervezet hamar felismerte e szeml\u00e9let el\u0151nyeit, \u00edgy a csapatok sz\u00e1ma gyorsan n\u00f6vekedni kezdett, \u00edgy ennek t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1ra elindult egy bels\u0151 Scrum Master \u00e9s Product Owner k\u00f6r fel\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se, mentor\u00e1l\u00e1sa is. Vezet\u0151i szinten rendszeres \u00fan. big room planning alkalmak sor\u00e1n folyamatos prioriz\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e9s \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9s mellett ker\u00fcltek finomhangol\u00e1sra a f\u00f3kuszok, illetve az els\u0151 sikeres release-ket k\u00f6vet\u0151en egyre gyakrabban mer\u00fclt fel a sk\u00e1l\u00e1zott agilit\u00e1s k\u00e9rd\u00e9sk\u00f6re is. A csapatok k\u00fcl\u00f6n, saj\u00e1t war-roomokat kaptak, a napi munka ezekben a terekben zajlott.<\/p>\n<p>A harmadik l\u00e9pcs\u0151ben, miut\u00e1n m\u00e1r 4 csapat kell\u0151k\u00e9pp \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3an \u00e9s magabiztosan alkalmazta az agilis megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9st, megjelent az els\u0151 olyan t\u00e9ma is, ahol sk\u00e1l\u00e1zott eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kre volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9g, mivel itt egy term\u00e9k k\u00f6zel 30 f\u0151 k\u00f6z\u00f6s munk\u00e1j\u00e1t ig\u00e9nyelte. Ennek \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben az els\u0151 k\u00f6z\u00f6s, csapatk\u00f6zi tervez\u00e9s egy PI planning agend\u00e1hoz hasonl\u00f3 m\u00f3don val\u00f3sult meg.
