What is the Product Owner Master's degree course about?
The Advanced Product Owner training aims to move participants beyond operational backlog management and become true product strategy thinkers, learning how to move towards a "project to product" approach, where value creation and customer experience are at the centre.
During the training, participants will be introduced to the Evidence-Based Management approach, which helps to measure and increase organisational agility. Value-driven metrics will be covered in detail, and an overview of how they can be used in practice will be provided.
Participants will also learn key tools to support strategic product management, with a special focus on stakeholder management, roadmap building and outcome-driven planning. Practical simulations and case studies will ensure that the lessons learned can be immediately applied in everyday work.

Prerequisites and framework for the Product Owner Master Degree programme
The training is an advanced level training with a prerequisite of:
- or the Product Owner training - practical agile training with simulation carry out
- or existing PSPO I certification
- or passing the ProMan Consulting's own Product Owner exam (PSPO Level I) with at least 80% (cost 15.000 HUF)
- or on the basis of an individual professional discussion or survey
The programme can also be delivered for teams, in which case the situations and scenarios are tailored to the client's needs.
PSPO II. exam preparation
If required, we can provide 4 hours of training after the programme to help you to obtain Professional Scrum Product Owner II. (PSPO II) certification. The 4-hour additional module includes an 80-question exam simulation and its joint evaluation.

Conditions for requesting tenders, application
The application is not binding, it is only a contact form, we are not able to reserve a place on the programme until you apply.
In the case of registration, the Applicant undertakes to pay the participation fee by bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receipt of the invoice after the closure of the programme. If cancellation is made within 10 calendar days prior to the programme, the Applicant agrees that the Supplier may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the programme fee. This is waived if the Applicant postpones registration to the next advertised date. If the programme does not meet your needs and you indicate this on the first day of the programme, you will of course not have to pay anything! The programme fee includes the cost of the training materials, handouts and related room hire. The programme fee does not include the examination fee.
