This training does not require any prior examination or certification, but is recommended for professionals with the following backgrounds for an optimal learning experience:
- At least 5 years' experience in management or project management
- Experience in organisational level transformations or transformation programmes
- Motivation to improve the human and strategic side of change management
This training course can be particularly useful for:
- program managers, who are responsible for large-scale organizational change,
- senior managers and sponsors who play a key role in the success of the transformations,
- HR and Change Management professionals who work with leaders to shape a culture of change.
There is no exam during the training, instead participants deepen their knowledge by working through a simulated organizational change scenario and present their own approach receiving structured feedback.
