Prerequisites

This training does not require any prior examination or certification, but is recommended for professionals with the following backgrounds for an optimal learning experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience in management or project management
  • Experience in organisational level transformations or transformation programmes
  • Motivation to improve the human and strategic side of change management
