The data controller is FlexiProject sp. z o.o. sp.k. (Warsaw, Poland), the processing of data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR. According to the privacy policy, personal data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area as a rule, and if they are, it is ensured by general contractual terms approved by the European Commission or a compliance decision. Data transmission (TLS) and storage in the cloud environment are encrypted, and the data processor requires ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification from FlexiProject.
This depends on many factors: the size of the organization, whether project workflows have already been established, and if so, how complex they are; whether there are several parallel project workflows; and whether there is a completely unique development requirement from the organization's side. If we focus solely on introducing FlexiProject, this can take from a few days to a few weeks.
Yes. You can also import from MS Project (.mpp) and Excel (.xlsx) files in the schedule settings. In Excel, before importing, you specify which column corresponds to which task property. The import imports the task name, responsible, and additional properties, the task structure, and dependencies. The import only affects the schedule; it does not affect the budget and risks, and it does not overwrite existing schedule elements. The schedule can also be exported back to MS Project.
